"Our stay was great. The rooms are a bit dated and could us a remodel, but it was clean, spacious and having a balcony was great. The front staff was very friendly as well. The location was also perfect for walking around. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay right in the middle of everything. "

"This was a 1 night stay while I was working on the hurricane Helene recovery in Newport, so I wasn't in the hotel much. But the service was good, the room seemed clean and the bed was comfy. I've stayed in this hotel on other trips. It's not the fanciest in town, but I've never had any issues, and the best part is it's right next to the park, so coming in or out, you're not sitting in traffic all the way through town. You can even use the bypass to pigeon forge on your way in and out, so you don't deal with it all all."

"The scenery was beautiful- the room was excellent- the beds were very comfortable. 11 year old loved the pool and the water-slide. Didn't like having to pay for parking and parking was a challenge because there were so many cars. Unfortunately, the balcony was unusable due to the seasonal bug infestation in the area - not the hotel's fault- but still a disappointment. "

"Great one night stay. The property is very well kept and clean and within walking distance to the Gatlinburg “strip”. Only complaint was the bed was not very comfortable but didn’t affect the trip much as it was just a one night stay "
