"The hotel Fernando lll was outstanding in every way. All of The staff were friendly and helpful. On check in we were hoping for a bit bigger of a room and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We really appreciated the room they were able to change us to, as it was convenient for our full week stay. The rooms were clean and the complementary coffee and water were much appreciated. We also want to give special recognition to Roscio (sp) at the front desk. She always went over and above helping us with our requests for information on what to see and directions to places like the train station when we wanted to go to Cordoba. She was always smiling and provided the best suggestions and directions. The room service was excellent and the food and wine choices were varied and delicious, satisfying a night in. We would happily stay again at their hotel and would highly recommend it to others. "
