"Nice spacious apartment with sizeable balcony. Large living area. Only about 5 mins walk from Cat Cocos ferry jetty and only 1 min away from bus stop. We met the owner in the morning - very friendly and he gave us some good advice for things to see. "

"We liked that we were able to get this place at a good price for nine nights. It is perfectly located with many shops and restaurants around, and it is walking distance to the bus stop. The Anse Royale beach is a 5-minute walk. We took the bus twice but it was stressful, and so we decided to drive to the west side of the island. The owner was able to secure us a car rental service at a great price at short notice. We also had the buffett cooked for us, and it was so delicious and very well...

"The property is walking distance to the airport and has a resident tortoise. Our hostess Sharon went above and beyond for us. The property is on a hill with a tough incline, but we did not let this hold us back. The airport has lots of great spots to eat and shop."

"There is a building site across the road from La Maison Hibiscus. There are a lot of dogs in the immediate vicinity who bark noisily for extended periods. The windows don't shut properly because the metal bars on the inside block the handles from being moved to the closed position. The hot water tank is very small resulting in all but the briefest of showers running cold. The air conditioning was ineffective, blowing warm air. Even when left on overnight it did not get within 5 degrees Celsius...

"The hosts were really accommodating, fast in their response times and went out of their way to help us, even including help with finding shops, dropping us off in out of the way places, etc. The breakfast, too was excellent and the location relative to the airport with great sea views etc was perfect."
