"Beautiful place, very clean, great room, well organised hotel, 99% of staff very happy to help it was fantastic to see, only one morning chief grumpy & rude however it’s no reflection on the rest of the staff they were fantastic. Reasonable choice of food for dinner however the steak we ordered was tough which should not happen in a classy place like the Grand Central Hotel plus the beer a little on the warm side and red wine should not be chilled in fridge only kept on the self. Nowhere is 100%...
