"Airconditioning was stuck at 24 degrees. Our other room was really hot so they moved my hubby to a junior suite,. Here airconditioning was better but Still not cool enough. It was winter in Shanghai but the rooms need not be warm and stuffy. Loved the bed, the small touches of this 5-Star hotel. Good location too. They called us a taxi to anywhere, we never took a subway as Taxis are Cheap here. We enjoyed a lot."
