"Love staying at this hotel! Enjoy walking along the river in the morning in the park nearby and enjoying the famous night light views! The hotel is excellent and I feel very safe! "

"Room is big, cleaning lady service top notch and helpful. Water pressure, bath tub solid, clean. Solid beautiful view of outside due to high floor #33. Location of hotel was good with convience stores beside. Breakfast was decent at best. Room lighting too dim for my liking. Pillow way too soft that i need to stack bath towel on top to make it firm, internet not as fast and good as I hope otherwise all else are good. Will like to try other hotel in a more vibrant place next time."

"Stayed in many hotels during my 2 weeks around China and this was the only one with obvious "classical luxury" vibe from overall design to the small amenities. King sized bed and duvet were super comfortable. Amazing Bund view but be noted it's towards the North Bund, not the old Bund. Staff were efficient, I had a small issue with the bath tub and a technician arrived at my room door for fixing within a couple minutes. Staff at the lounge were kind and attentive. Good quality food and beverage....
