"It was one of the bests stays for us in India. The entire hotel is managed very well and the staff are all courteous. Food in Coriandar restaurant was amazing , shout out to the entire serving staff .. especially the chef Gouranga Mitra and the server Kenneth. They went above and beyond. Overall , the house keeping staff , front desk , bell boys , staff at the hotel entrance … all did an excellent job to provide me and wife with a great experience. Thank you everyone !"

"Your staff is excellent. I want to recognize some of your exemplary employees. Nikita and Lili at the front desk were superb. I travel around the world and Bapu is one of the best drivers that I have ever had, he was simply outstanding. Panday and Prashant at the front door were excellent. Suresh, the housekeeper was very good. And the wait staff and manager at the outdoor dining area on the rooftop were all very good. Thank you, your hotel made Pune my favorite city in India."

"Avoid this place at all costs! Booked a room with AC as advertised on Expedia. They tried to charge me extra for the AC and were not accepting all the info I had saying AC is included. The staff were completely unreasonable. The WiFi does not even reach the room. The room, sheets, and shower room are dirty and smelly. It's very noisey outside and in. The hotel is gross, piles of litter and overflowing bins in the corridors, and the area is not nice, there are nice places for the same price...
