"Very helpful concierge and door man who went out of their way to help us with directions to our destination . And he actially went out of his way to provide us wirh two cans of drinking water as it was a sunny day! The person who came up with the idea of dessert after dark at the lobby lounge deserves a pat on the back. The coconut with milk was superb and with a live duet playing in the background, it was a fantastic way to wind down for the day after a full day of exploring and shopping. "

"Nice clean place. Close to a lot of good restaurants. Closest MTR exit is A2 about 7 mins walk with escalators. For lift use B2 but on the opposite side hence longer walking. The place seems renovated but pictures from the website needs to be updated as the entrance of the building doesn’t look the same as advertised. City view is just to another buildings not skyline etc. "

"10-15mins from MTR station. In front of hotel, there is supermarket, 7-11 is located at close to hotel as well. I encountered big group tourists, at ground floor, elevators, those were occupied with them. This hotel seems to engage with CH travel agency. if you would like to avoid "big group", better not staying this hotel group."

"Right in the middle of the Kai Tak Sports Complex and stadium. Not close to nearby MTR stations. Dorset did offer free shuttle bus between 11am to 7pm to Airside mall (MTR station). Outside of that period, Uber/taxi is probably the best solution."

This is the second time we are staying at this hotel and will likely come back next time too! "
