"One thing I learned after staying at this hotel was to not judge a book by its cover. Upon pulling up to the hotel, I was concerned. First, it is in a somewhat desolate area with very little around. Secondly, the sign off the highway looks as though a bomb went off in it. Lastly, the photograph on Expedia was not a good representation of what the actual exterior looks like. At night, the sign on the building has a lot of the lights burned out and overall, was not very inviting. We ended up...

"This is a nice little place right off of the interstate and close to some fast food joints. It’s nothing special, but it is clean and doesn’t suck. Much better than Motel 6 or Super 8, but probably in the same category. Nice helpful and friendly staff. Parking was easy to find, but spots across from the building had some puddles and mud. Would stay here again! Recommended for anyone looking for a quiet stay that doesn’t cost too much."

"This is the perfect little cabin tucked away in the hills near the lake. It’s perfectly private with easy access to lots of nearby activities including Ferne Cliffe State Park and the wine trails. "This cabin is adorable and had all the amenities of home. It was very clean and the property itself was beautiful. It was very quiet, and was perfect for a small family. We opted to sleep on the pullout couch as the loft beds required climbing a steep ladder. This wouldn't be practical trying to get to bathroom at night. Please know the cabin is located next to another home, but we never saw anyone at that home while we were there. It is a very remote location if you want seclusion."
