"The bungalow is lovely, location is outside Framlingham, need gps to find it. I am sure in the summer it is lovely. The owner met us on arrival and showed me how to operate the heating. The accommodations were just what we wanted. I suspect that it had not been rented for a while and that it had been cleaned quite a while before we stayed as there were a few cobwebs, very common in England and dusty bathrooms. Really not a big deal. Lovely kitchen, living room very spacious bedrooms, master was perfect for my elderly father. This place really suited our needs. "

"This Farmhouse has an abundance of outdoor space and a small games room adjacent to the property. There is a long breakfast table, which easily accommodated 5 adults and 3 children and close by a tv, games & books for entertainment. Two separate lounges downstairs one has a tv (with Netflix) and the other lounge is for reading. There is a modern outdoor table and chairs perfect for having an evening meal. It is one of the most well equipped properties we have stayed in and has an EV charger (via the TAP app) attached to the house. Framlingham Castle (English Heritage) is a very short drive away and holds child activities throughout the day. There is a barbecue but this needs to be replaced. I took my own and was glad I did. We would all stay at the Farmhouse again as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Old Mill House pub (which is within walking distance) provided excellent hospitality for an evening meal with a play area outside for small children. "

"This house is so beautifully appointed and well designed! We stayed with a group of 7 women for a restful vacation and this house suited us so perfectly! The kitchen was well equipped for serving dinner outside in the garden. We enjoyed the surrounding countryside and took day trips to Southwold and Framlingham. Friday Street Market was wonderful for local and fresh food. Would definitely recommend this house to friends and would love to return someday! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!"
