"Great property. Close to everything including saw mill reservoir hike. Easy walk through tunnel or street to Main St. staff was friendly and helpful. Unit was well stocked and quite clean. We stayed in building 1 facing the woods. Nice and quiet. No AC but only needed to crack the windows and turn on the fan to get airflow. Quite comfy. My two teens were quite pleased with their room as well. Will definitely come back. "

"2 blocks away from Main Street. This is from the 1990s. The carpet is old and stained. The rooms were well furnished, they had some books, the washer/ dryer included detergent. We would stay here again. "

"I did not receive instructions on how to check-in. There is no onsite management. The listing said to go to the wrong address for access. I received an email two hours after I arrived with the correct address to go to for management. They provided keypad information for parking and condo access hours after I arrived in the pouring rain. By then I was soaked. This was listed as a resort. Its not, its a condo. Nice condo though. Would not book here again."

"Emily and Travis at the front desk were very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed and more that we didn't even know we needed. The room was perfect, clean & well stocked with everything. PS: We grabbed a shuttle from the Denver airport because everything is walkable in Breckenridge. "
