"We stay at this property quite often, and are generally pleased with the facility. This visit, and it was late in the evening when we discovered it, the heat, air and fan in the room did not work. Thank goodness it was a moderate night and although neither of us got a "good" nights sleep, we were able to stay on top of the covers and get some sleep with absolutely no air moving. What I don't like: NO one at the lobby when we arrived at 11pm, NO one pick up the phone either, NO poster or instruction for self check-in (doubt if any), we end up need to book & stay at another hotel.
