The bus stop is within 3 minutes walking distance and the train station is within 30 minutes walking distance, but the bus can also take you to the station. "The apartment is new and is located right at the center, close to restaurants, cafe, station... However, there is no utensils, e.g. fork, spoon... There is not enough towels for 8 of us. The mattress is a bit too soft. No air condition inside the rooms but the air con in the living room is strong enough as long as we open the doors when we sleep.
