This property is gorgeous , the staff and services are premium. The food is delicious. The surrounding is beautiful and amazing. If you have a car, I strongly recommend it. I like everything except the earlier afternoon shuttle service. The hotel provides free shuttle service to nearby ski resort Annupuri. It has 7:30, 8:30am shuttle to Annupuri, and 3pm pick up from Annupuri. The only way to get back to hotel is by taxi if you missed the 3pm shuttle; however, taxi is hard to find overall. If the hotel can extend their pickup after4pm, then it is perfect.overall, I am very happy with it. Thanks for their staff and excellent service!

"This is just an average hotel room - definitely nothing fancy or exceptional. What we did find extremely disappointing was someone else's food still in the refrigerator and someone else's hair on the walls of the shower. There was one pleasant surprise - a very nice Japanese breakfast the morning ..."
