"The view is excellent, service is good, meals are yammy, every thing is attractive for next stay. Except a stuff in the front desk is not friendly to new visitor. She missed my booking and ask to contact with Hotel.com strongly at that time even I show her Hote.com confirmation letter and would like to pay for a new room till her college found my reservation. It's great that I got my room after 30 minutes in communication with her. Otherwise, I cannot image heavy snowing and darker outside...
