"Ilmington is a charming village and it is still unspoilt by tourism and traffic. It is so bucolic as the sheep graze on the hills surrounding the village and the quiet of the night is worth the price of admission. We loved the Howard Arms. The Village room was spacious and had loads of history and beautiful features. Breakfasts were plentiful with good options. We will definitely stay here again if we return to this part of the Cotswolds."

"The glamping pod was really cosy and the bed very comfortable for a good nights sleep. It was great to have an ensuite toilet and shower and the cooking facilities too. The pub staff were friendly and helpful, good real ales and tasty food. There's a good choice of local walks from the door too. All in all it was good value and we would definitely go back again."

"The hosts, William and Jane, were friendly and engaging without being intrusive. The Manor House and gardens are sublime. It was a perfect location to travel to Stow on the Wold, Batsford Arboretum, Bourton on the Water, etc It caters for 3 B&B guest rooms. Due to steps and stairs those with a dissability may find it difficult but best call the hosts first and discuss this prior to booking. Breakfast was good, sufficient fornus. Cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit salad was available and a cooked...

"Loved it! the perfect getaway for a weekend away. Scenic and beautiful surroundings, the property is modern with the bathroom and bedroom finished to a high spec! The host Louise is friendly and very attentive .We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. It felt like a home away from home. The photos don’t do the place justice, as it’s even more pretty in reality!
