"The place is an absolute steal at that price. Was dreading it to be honest because it was ridiculously cheap but all 4 off is were very well surprised. Staff were helpful (even though we couldn't get extra pillows). We didn't eat breakfast but at that price, it doesn't matter. Only 10 minute walk to the station and less than an hour to all the major attractions in London. For people on a budget this place is an absolute must. Anyone slating this place needs to remember how little they paid...

"A lovely mini weekend getaway, which I would thoroughly recommend. Greeted in arrival with a glsss of Prosecco and room was ready!! Room was spacious but slightly lacking in storage space. Spa room is lovely but can get overcrowded so maybe not quite as romantic / peaceful as you want. Lack of hanging space (robes) in the Spa. Steam room didn’t feel like a steam room, unfortunately but that’s the only down side. Staff were attentive at all times, polite and made us feel very welcomed! Firepit is...

"Nice well presented room and a decent breakfast. Bar/restaurant attached was great too. All staff were lovely. "

"Clean, basic, comfortable hotel .. close to Ilford train station and right on the high street. We had a family room with 4 single beds which was perfect for us. The bathroom was extremely clean with a great sized shower. Breakfast was basic but adequate, cereal, fruit juice, toast, yoghurts and tea/coffee.We were only there for one night but it was perfect for what we needed. Very nice, friendly staff too."

"I have been using the facility for the last more than 6 months staying there for few days almost every month and it worth's the money. although it becomes little noisy when the house is full and all the rooms are occupied but does not bother much. The rooms are clean and staff is cooperative and friendly. Manager Mr Haseeb takes care of everything at personal level and it always ready with a smiley face to listen and help you. "
