"We stayed for 2 nights. It's a great spot near the train station. The beds were comfy and rooms felt very private. Loved the spa amenities and breakfast. While they do not service the rooms every day, they left is a goodie bag of fresh towels and toiletries which we very much appreciated. The only down side was that there was some mold in the shower and near the vent. "

"I felt extreme abdominal pain when I arrived to the hotel on the first day. I had to ask the hotel to call an ambulance for me even if I'm non-Japanese and it's my first trip to Japan. The front desk lady helped me called one immediately and prepared my personal information right away. After I returned from the hospital, the manager upgraded my room for free for my medical condition without asking. They checked on me everyday to see if I was feeling better during the entire stay."

The facilities they provided at the hotel including table tennis tables, space invaders, kids pool and an area which had free drinks including a self pouring beer machine and icecreams. Great onsen area which were spacious and lots of areas where you could sit with comfy chairs and drinks machine.
