"Loved this property! Staff was nice. I came in early and accidentally accessed the hotel by the back, thinking it was the lobby. There were two security guards and we left our backpacks, our valuable belongings and money there for more than 7 hours. They took care of our property and nothing got lost. "The hotel is located in the heart of the old town and super easy to get to Guanqian Street and Linden Street where many famous restaurants and entertainment venues are locations. The hotel’s facility is a bit old and it is carefully maintained. The hotel room is spacious and super quiet. Would definitely book this hotel next time we visit Suzhou."

There is a laundry room at lvl 1 with free washer dryer and detergent, laundry bags were provided too. The indoor pool was heated and there was a lifeguard on duty. Our room was at the XiXiaLou side. The hotel staff were very ftiendly and helpful, doorman was also very helpful! I would definitely return here if I come to Suzhou again. Would recommend to friends and family too."
