"The house seems brand new, as is the neighborhood. It was a good fit for our family. It is on the outskirts of Kingston with a five minute drive to local restaurants. Drives to the waterfront take 20 -25 minutes, but traffic is manageable. The kitchen had all the kitchenware you will need. Bedrooms are furnished well with comfortable beds. It seems to be in a very safe area. There is a small park with children's play equipment at the end of the block. We saw two bunnies at the park. "

"This home is very clean and spacious with comfortable beds and bedding. The amenities within the home are very basic and the exterior could use some attention to make this home a little more inviting. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to the lake, the quaint village of Bath, McKinnon Brothers Brewery, as well as easy access to Hwy 401. I would recommend this home to families with young children because of all the space to safely play."
