"Room is clean and tidy. Its noisey as room was on ground floor next to construction site along the road. Can hear people talking clearly. Sound proofing is bad. Request for room change is denied. Very disappointed."

"I was allowed to check in early with no issue. My apartment was upgraded because the original apartment had an issue. Check out was really easy. I was a little uncertain where i should put the trash at checkout, but it appears to be more of a city issue than the apartment."
