"Beautiful piece of property, the staff were absolutely amazing! Special thanks to Janna, Lynn and Jill!!! Everything was great: the room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Very clean, safe and secure. The breakfasts were excellent. A very short distance to the beach. The best place to stay. Thanks a lot!!! "

"Property never shown to us. Unable to locate silverware. One of 2 ac units did not work. No washer as advertised. No swimming pool as advertised. Special code for beach & gate entrance never given. Bathroom door broken. Needs more clothes storage for extended stay. Many issues could be resolved with proper unit personal show-around. Management needs to focus on customer service rather than Christmas parties. "

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Im Internet beschriebene Mängel oder Wucherabrechnungen beim Strom und Wasser konnten wir nicht feststellen. Doch wer seine Klimaanlage Tag und Nacht laufen hat sollte sich nicht über hohe Stromkosten ärgern..."

"Excellent layout and amenities. Great location. Was not on the beach but a 10 min walk. The beds were firm, pillows a little too hard, could have used more bath towels. Only comforter was in queen room. Didnt have a dryer but did have a washer. Would have liked a blowdryer and a coffee pot or a french press. LOVED the veranda and the view. It was well equipped. Was hard to get a hold of property management and find the actual property but we had all the tools to stay in and cook and clean up....

"Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans la villa la plus proche de la plage, elle était absolument fantastique!! Nous avions 3 salles de bain et 5 chambres. Elle est très bien agencée et la terrasse nous a parrue immense avec tout le confort nécessaire. Tous les produits de 1ère nécessité (et bien plus encore) sont un plus surtout lorsque l'on arrive un soir à 20h. "The house itself is great, a little rundown, and in desperate need of upgrades and maintenance (4 out of 6 lights were out in one of the bathrooms). The amenities list a pool or pool access at a neighboring property, it was simply just crossed out in the guide, and we had no pool access. The washer didn’t work, and noone communicated back with us on whether it got fixed after we brought it to their attention. The TV provider hadn’t been paid, so the TV didn’t work. "First of all, although the Jan Thiel area overall is nicer, as a resort Blue Bay is great. It’s nice, safe and close to town. The check in experience was the worst: they weren’t expecting us (even though their own print out said check in on the 16th, they had written 17 on the paper). The property manager was quickly cleaning the unit (it wasn’t dirty but maybe not used for a little while). Worst of all they then told us that at the mid point of our stay we would have to move as somebody else...
