"This house is beautiful! The house was depicted exactly as the listing. It was a very large and well stocked kitchen with all the pots/pans etc you need. The garden was beautiful as well with a beautiful pool and lovely outdoor furniture to enjoy. Beds were very comfortable and home was very clean. The only thing was concerned about with the house was the beautiful staircase as I have a 3 years old and an 8 year old. The railing has large gaps so please be mindful if you have small children....

"Loved Bloom Cottage, stylish and very spacious with a very well equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting room with view over plunge pool and rocks rising up into surrounding woodland. Peaceful location but hilly! Note it’s not a walk but a steep hike to Pena Palace, allow an additional 20 minutes from the entrance of the Palace if pre booked a timed ticket. Well worth the effort and downhill home!"

"Rosa's cottage is cosy and homely, we recieved a warm welcome and complimentary wine and chocolates. The location is convenient to walk into Praia das Macas and easy to drive into Sintra. We had a lovely stay."

Staff were very communicative and nice and we had no trouble getting our access to the hotel and rooms set up before we arrived. Free luggage storage was super nice. "A mixed experience at the villas. The villas sit within the boutique hotel grounds which is partnered with the main hotel. You can use all of the facilities for both with a small gym at the boutique and pools at both. The resort was pretty quiet so no issues sitting at the pool with sunbeds, the weather was poor so we tried to find other things to do but were limited. A games room might have been nice. We had a three bed villa and it was very spacious and had pretty much everything for self...

"Lawrence's Hotel is a charming historic hotel that was a delight to stay in. It is just a few minutes walk from the Sintra National Palace and from cute shops and good restaurants. It is also close to the bus stop for transport to the other Sintra castles. The hotel itself is lovely - our room had a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and towns and was very nicely decorated. There are cozy sitting rooms in the hotel for relaxation or conversation. The restaurant served delicious food (we ate both dinner and breakfast there and very much enjoyed both). I would be very happy to stay here again."

"We had the best time at Onyria closing out 2024 and bringing in the New Year! Everything about our stay at the Hotel was fantastic: the entire resort with its beautiful, well-kept landscape (I'm a plant mom); the very friendly and always helpful staff (Luiza is a gem); the daily breakfast was delicious (my kids would stay in the line for a long time just to make their pancakes); and no complaints about our villa. Finally, Onyria's New Year's Eve Dinner Celebration at its Lakehouse was a hit for us. We highly recommend the resort, and already are planning to visit again in 2025!"
