Baseventuno is a apartment complex in a quiet location near Sirmione, comprising of 5 vacation flats total. Apartment Baseventuno 2 is on the first floor and accommodates 4 guests, offering 2 bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with two beds pushed together to form a double bed), a bathroom, a living room and a modern kitchen. Other features include wireless Internet access, air conditioning (in all rooms except the bathroom) and satellite television. The outdoor area has an enclosed garden with tables and comfortable, reclining chairs as well as a 11 x 6 m pool, which is shared with the other guests. The nearest beach is just 300 metres away and you are within easy walking distance of a shopping centre, supermarket and a nice selection of restaurants.



Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Dogs are allowed, if requested in advance. Please note that other guests may have brought a nice and quiet dog with them. Parking is available on the site.

A perfect place for relaxing break

Pros: Quiet and pleasant area for a relaxing stay. Absolutly comfortable apartment with a convenient swimming pool in a carefully maintained beautiful garden. The host was constantly attentive to our needs. Highly recommended.

Super nice Appartment with pool and close to the lake

Clean, modern, comfortable! The house has a nice pool area and a lot of trees around the property. Stefano is a great host! Super friendly, quick to respond and he provided us with lots of information about the area. The lake is also just a 4 minute walk away where you can swim or lie in the grass under trees. The old town of Sirmione is a little bit further away, but we liked it this way because it is more crowded there. You can reach it via a short car or taxi ride. But there is also a bus which takes you there in 10 minutes and leaves right around the corner of the appartment. There are also restaurants in walking distance from the house. We can recommend Lugana Beach Ristorante.

Schönes neues Haus/Apartment, gute ruhige Lage

Pros: Schöner sauberer Pool, alles war sehr neu und sauber, Stefano ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, wir konnten uns für umsonst Fahrräder leihen, um auf die Halbinsel Sirmione zu fahren, ansonsten war der Gardasee in ca. 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen, wir würden wiederkommen Cons: WLAN Verbindung war relativ schlecht

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger, aber dennoch zentraler Lage

Pros: Der Garten und auch das Haus werden mit Liebe gepflegt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und versucht, in jeder Situation zu helfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Cons: Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.
