"Fantastic family stay at Mitsis Laguna. We're a family of 4 and we spent 5 nights at the hotel. The facilities were fantastic and the food incredible. We enjoyed the activities: tennis, ping pong, water polo, darts, evening entertainment and had a really nice time. The only things to potentially improve: (1) the room balcony was small and could only fit 2 people (2) there is one water slide - which is already nice. But having more than one and slightly larger slides would have been even better "

"Everything was perfect. I would just recommend a few things for the hotel 1. Have water stations by pools. It's very hot and we shouldn't be waiting in line for 10 minutes just to get water 2. You need more staff around the bar if the hotel is busy. I shouldn't wait 15 mins to get a drink. 3. The water in the pools is very cold and wasn't too enjoyable. 4. There should be more beer options on the all inclusive menu 5. The restaurants in the hotel should be accepting guests based on empty spaces and should be able to go every night and not one restaurants per week. If it is all inclusive I should be able to go to a restaurant as many times as I want during my stay and it shouldn't be through the app. 6. There should be a snack bar or even a few with real snacks, like sandwiches and crisps and chocolate. These are just some ideas so make the place even more perfect Thanks for everything "

Serita Beach - All Inclusive

"1st. time in this property. Check in process as usual. Waiting on line, due to lack of staff, to many guests. I can not complain to much. If you need beach towels, it is 20 Euros/each deposit, cash, however there is an ATM outside/for a fee off course. (Shame can not charge the room for that). Nice, friendly staff all over, clean facilities and room. Oh. The pools are closing early. To the beach you have to across a small road, but not a lot of traffic. The beach itself has rocks, so if you want to enjoy send, you have to go somewhere else. Restaurants, need to make reservations on time ( at least two days in advance). But there is a buffet style ( no res. needed). Property has two bars, one inside and one near the pool. If you want you can snack, there is a snack bar. Parking lot is on the smaller side, and the local car rental company taking up places with cars. "

Stella Island Luxury Resort & Spa - Adults Only

"This was a 1 night stay prior to a longer booking, in a basic room. I was also here last year. Don’t be scared of a solo trip, the people are fantastic and you will be made to feel very welcome and not alone. The guests are hit and miss, some are a bit rowdy, some doing photo shoots the whole time but it’s easy to find some quiet space. Most are couples in their 30s. The rooms are soundproofed, I stayed on a top floor and couldn’t hear any neighbours which was a relief, food is fantastic but large portions. All inclusive is a must so that you can relax and let the wonderful people bring you drinks and snacks. I had a wonderful massage to start my trip, and a meal in the lovely Greek restaurant. Outside gym has some really cool equipment. I think the resort is non smoking, which is a relief as many Greek people smoke (there are mostly English people here), there are a lot of vapers. I travel to 5 star hotels for work, and I cannot say enough good things about the staff here, they are without exception friendly and helpful and in a resort like this, they make the difference between a 5 star trip and a less decent holiday. I will definitely return next year. I also stayed in the grand bungalow which was easily the best hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. I’d advise anyone to book a swim up room at least, to avoid sunbed wars at the pool. "
