"Chris and Pearce made our whole experience amazing. The apartment was clean and had all the essentials we needed for our week stay, including a coffee machine with pods. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay however Chris and Pearse went out of their way and provided us vouchers to the Lorne Sea Baths so our kids could use the pool there. Lounge suite is filthy, behind bedside tables, bird poo (old) on outdoor table. Doonas didn’t feel clean. Loose floors. Not secure with both front and back main doors impossible to lock. No salt/pepper, any other useful items. No coffee pods -not regular pods able to be used. Very few PowerPoints in kitchen. Could be so much better."
