"The rooms were very filthy and stinky the person who was in charge to give the key was very unfriendly. I would not recommend anyone to stay in that hotel especially the women ."

"We were completely locked in the train station and unable to get out early in the morning for our flight. A complete fire hazard. We used a spoon to jimmy open a construction door to get out into the parking lot. The rest of the doors were barred closed."

"I did not get to check in to this property. I arrived in Copenhagen to a message staying that there was no booking , no room. They said they dont work EXPEDIA. Theyd had others turn up that they weren't expecting. I called EXPEDIA. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL! STRANDED AT AIRPORT. I HAD TO ARRANGE ..."
