"House was clean and well equipped. We all enjoyed our stay and visit to the area. My only negative comment is that clothing rods were missing in the closets. Thank you for the well maintained house that was large enough to accommodate 8 adults, 1 toddler and a family dog. "

"We stayed here unexpectedly when another place we booked received some damage in a storm. Overall, it was great. Plenty of room to spread out and have privacy even with a large party. The amenities were perfect for younger and older folks alike. There were some cobwebs around the windows probably just from not being opened enough in early spring. Nothing a quick dusting couldn’t fix! Counters, utensils, and table were all clean and ready to host dinner! Hopefully we’ll be back next year!"

"This is a great location for downtown Allentown, you can walk to a lot of places. We felt safe in the neighborhood and had no problems with moving in or out of the house. The rooms are big, so there is plenty of space. It is an older home, so the steps are squeaky and there are other minor old house details. We love older homes and found it charming in many ways. There are window AC units in every room, which was nice. Only 1.5 bathrooms, so a larger group might need to plan accordingly. As...

"Pros: Easy access to lake and community pool, great deck, plenty of room for 5 adults, loved having 2 1/2 baths, enjoyed hot tub and pool table, plenty of AC for hot summer days Cons: Slight, persistent damp odor in basement, somewhat weak water pressure in upstairs shower, weak phone signal, one set of hot tub jets not working"

"Nice little house very comfortable and relaxing. Easy check-in and had everything we needed. House is nice and private and located at a perfect spot. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future. The only thing that the owners may want to think about is updating the living room furniture especially the one recliner which is very worn and loose. This did not bother us since it was only two of us we did not use it anyway.The house was very cozy!! Very much enjoyed our stay."

"Bella Retreat was quite a treat. My sister and I recently lost our Dad and the past several months have been pretty rough. We needed a retreat and Bella Retreat couldn't have been a better choice. It was comfortable, quiet and yet within a reasonable distance to beautiful natural attractions. The home was clean and well maintained and the in-law suite gave us the privacy we needed. "

"Everything was in working order. Absolutely perfect! We only had one problem, we had a lot of people with allergies and sensitivities to air fresheners and towels/sheets that are laundered with scented detergent/fabric softeners. The downstairs areas seemed to have a higher concentration. Other than that, everything was perfect! We even got to see a bear and her cubs room through our backyard. We now see why people should keep their dogs on leashes if they do bring them.Glad we left all of ours...
