"The view is great, but the actual property is tired and dirty. The bedrooms have no walls; the unit is a loft with staircase. The bed is very old and has only a single sheet. Drier is advertised but not there. Internet is spotty at best. When we asked for kitchen and hand towels we were told they are not provided for a four day stay. Repeated attempts to get issues resolved were ignored. We abandoned our final night and went to a nice hotel. Highly recommend the Marriott Courtyard at 40%...

The location is amazing, only 1 1/2 blocks from the waterfront and a variety of restaurants.
