"Really modern hotel, with large rooms and friendly reception staff. A perfect base for our holiday! The breakfast was great, and included various continental and cooked options. The vegetarian cooked options were relatively good (scrambled egg, beans, tomato, boiled eggs) which was a great for me. The street is a bit loud / busy at the weekend but we literally never heard anything from our room."

"It's been long coming, as previous patrons of the old Fortina. We took note of the changes, but still loved the hotel for what it is. It's clean, comfortable, parking is cheap, the bar is quiet and well stocked and the restaurants are top notch. In what is today a multicultural society, we were also pleased and proud to note that in the main restaursnt, the chef is Maltese and there is a healthy mix of local and foreign staff. "

Public transport and ferries within 5 minutes walking distance. Shopping and town centre also within walking distance. Perfect place to stay on a holiday in Malta"

"Property was located near transport and shops, staff were very helpful, room was spacious with lots of spots for storage, bathroom and shower was huge, updated and clean!! "

"I stayed for 3 nights and it was a lovely experience. The room was very spacious and clean. I had breakfast each morning and was impressed with the amount of food on offer. The fresh fruit and fresh bread were excellent. I appreciated they had soya and almond milk, so I could have a nice coffee each morning too. Only one small thing that didn't work well was the kettle in my room, the lid must have been damaged as it wouldn't stay closed, if you boiled it you had to weigh it down with something or it would boil forever, it wasn't a huge issue though, I just used it a few times. The little gift shop inside the hotel was also handy and had some nice things. Staff were all friendly and overall this was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in for a while. I would happily stay here again in the future :)"
