Communication with Lisa was prompt, clear and thorough. We had a wonderful time in Providence and this was the perfect place to call home base during our stay. "This clean and well-decorated apartment is accurately portrayed. We had a relaxing stay. The apartment is perfectly located in the center of Bristol, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The hosts can provide you with a parking permit for your vehicle and it was easy to find street parking. Just a block from the waterfront. The hosts were friendly and communicative. The kitchenette is well equipped for making simple meals and snacks. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Nice property for 4 adults in a very convenient location. The downtown area and RISD campus are within walking distance, along with restaurants and shops. Be aware (for those with mobility issues) that there are stairs into and within the apartment. The two bathrooms are accommodating and the kitchen has basic necessities. Street parking is allowed, but only during certain hours - we had to move our vehicle at 8:00 am to a spot a few blocks away. A few minor complains....no lights on the...

"This was newer remodeled in an older neighborhood. This is a very basic VBRO, not a luxury for the amenities provided. I am not familiar with the area but it was convenient with some nice restaurants in the vicinity. They did a good job, its nice, but not complete when we stayed. Property manager was prompt in assisting."

"Owner very nice, accomodating checked on us by text and saw him occasionally in the neighborhood but never intrusive. Space is comfortable with great view of DePasquale Plaza.
