The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is great with easy access to Naksansa and seoraksan national park. The naksan beach overlook is also very nice. Overall, not a bad booking.

The room was clean, comfortable, and modern with a beautiful ocean view. Staff were helpful and kind. The hotel is in a great location right next to the Naksana temple on one side and several restaurants on the other side.

My family and I enjoyed this hotel very much. We stayed for 4 nights and absolutely loved how close it was to the beach. My only complaint would be the beds. My husband, our 18-month-old, and I would wake up drenched in sweat. I couldnโ€™t understand why until I looked at the bed โ€” there is a plastic layer underneath all the sheets, and I can only assume this is the reason our body heat was trapped, causing us to overheat at night. Iโ€™m not sure if anyone else has experienced this issue, but aside from that, this hotel is incredible. The gym and kidsโ€™ play area are such a plus! The breakfast is SO GOOD too! Very friendly staff too!

I requested an extra blanket, and they informed me there would be a $12 charge. Iโ€™ve stayed at many hotels, but this was the first time I encountered such a policy. Guests should be aware that additional items beyond the standard amenities may incur extra fees. During my stay, the spa was closed, and the game room was not air-conditioned. The wifi was very slow.

I like this place for the value and comfort. I stay here occasionally. However, this time the bathtub was dirty. The pillows are not soft. It looks fluffy but not comfortable at all. I hope they do something about the pillows. The breakfast buffet was quiet and clean. Overall I like this place but I hope they keep the quality up to survive. There are more hotels under construction at Naksan beach
