We recently stayed at this hotel and had a lovely experience overall. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops along the street. It’s just a 15 to 20-minute walk to the cruise terminal and the Grand Bazaar, where you can find lots of great items at affordable prices. We loved walking by the seaside every day and watching the cruise ships come and sail away.
We arrived after an overnight flight from the UK, landing in Izmir at 5 a.m. and reaching the hotel in Kusadasi around 10 a.m. We were so grateful that they allowed us to check in early, which gave us much-needed rest. Our return flight was in the evening, and they also let us check out late, which was much appreciated!
The room was well-equipped with shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner, though the conditioner was empty throughout our stay. We didn’t bother mentioning it since I had my own, but it’s worth noting. We also had bathrobes, which was a nice touch, although they were taken away a day before checkout, which wasn’t ideal.
We didn’t use the TV as it only had one English channel—BBC News. It would have been great if the TV was a smart one so we could connect our devices and watch Netflix or Prime on a larger screen.
Our room was on the ground floor with access to a small shared pool, which we loved. We used it frequently and enjoyed the privacy since we never ran into other guests. The room was quiet, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we slept well."

"Facilities are fantastic - great for families.
Waterpark, beach, food options, rooms are great.
Only two things to mention, sometimes there is a rush and hard to find a suitable seat during peak dinning times. Uphill walk to our room could be a bit much when tired.
Highly recommend, fantastic hotel."

"We missed our cruise ship in Athens Greece and were flown to Izmir airport. Ilayna hotel took care of our transfer from the airport to Kusadasi. We were so impressed by the service, friendliness of the staff and how they went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. They directed us to restaurants and the market and arranged a taxi for our trip to the cruise ship pier.
The breakfast buffet was top notch. In all of our worldwide travels, we have never had such delicious food. Far superior to any hotel or even cruise ships.
We would love to visit kusadasi again just to stay at this fabulous hotel!!!"
