They were curt over the phone & demanding in texts & emails stating & reiterating their expectations & were pretty inflexible in return. Eg: counted two kids aged 3 & 4 as adults & would not allow more than five adults in total due to their ‘insurance’ & the sent continuous automated texts about leaving ‘strictly before 10am’, ‘putting the rubbish bins out to the curb before leaving’, strictly allowed check in no earlier than...

"The accommodation was well presented, views fantastic. Negatives- not told about assigned parking & unable to read numbers on parking spaces. No lift meant carrying luggage down 1 set of stairs & up 3 more sets of stairs to our accommodation then reversing the process to leave. "
