"This place is amazing. The best place in Phong Nha by far. The staff was so helpful. They booked us airport transfers for $23 USD each was, rented us a scooter to see the caves and suggested to just do the caves ourselves instead of the tours which was so beneficial and smart. Lan was exceptional in arranging everything for us. Spoke great English and knew exactly what we needed to do and set it up for us so everything was smooth and fun. The property is so nice. "Our stay here was wonderful. Quiet, nice bed, you can use their bikes to explore. I can’t say enough about the staff. They got us breakfast early and told us we are welcome to use the shower when we were done with our trek. When we went outside by the pool to have a drink at night, they turned on all the string lights just for us. "
