"Generally speaking, this hotel is very aged. For example, my Japanese toilet did not work. It flushed, but did not wash. The carpets are very worn, and entry is on the second floor, by stairs so carrying luggage is a chore. I did not have breakfast so no comment. Usual material supplied in the room was not (tooth brush, tooth paste, tea, etc.). Not recommended for seniors with mobility issues."

"The staff is friendly and helpful. They have luggage transfer service, taqbin, to my next hotel (with a charge). When requested, they helped me to ask the other hotel if they can receive my luggage ahead of my check in. Their check in/out is also very foreigner friendly.
