"The room is a nice size a comfortable sitting chair nice little balcony good air conditioning full length mirror bed was amazing so so comfortable great pillows well stocked mini bar really hot water roomy shower modern vanity plenty of hanging space nice clean smelling room. The hotel itself is right next to South Bank and The QPAC theatres eateries galore within a 10/15 walk, staff are great very friendly.. highly recommend "

"Air conditioning turns itself off at night tv in bedroom I had to fix water and ice on fridge not working reception not really informative and there was a really strong chemical smell in the entry where the lifts are very off putting. "We had a spacious 2 bedroom apartment which had a large outdoor patio area. All facilities you would expect. Very walkable to all South Bank attractions. Also lots of eateries right on the doorstep without tourist price tags. Complex is clean and tidy, but showing its age a bit. Staff were friendly and helpful. "
