"Warm and helpful reception and the front desk and our luggage assistant Caleb was so helpful and knowledgable about the property. Clean, quiet and wonderfully comfortable. Quality in-room coffee, quiet HVAC, nice unscented toiletries and much welcomed natural light with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the mountains. The little pilot teddy bears are such a sweet touch. Friendly and swift team and the coffee spot downstairs with truly fresh squeezed orange juice! Fun yard game set ups outside, easy parking and the flight simulator is a must before we check out. The only thing I would recommend is to dim the lights by the elevators, but beyond that, I highly recommend this property!"

"The property itself was great! Clean, comfortable, nice and helpful staff! Decent breakfast too. The parking garage is across the street, there are no carts to haul your luggage through a parking garage, down an alley across the street to check in on the 2nd floor of the Hotel. Quite inconvenient and sooo many sketchy, drugged out weirdos in that area. It’s sad to see Colorado Springs go downhill. "
