"I loved how whimsical and absolutely delightful this hotel is, in decor and in the attitudes of the staff. Even being so unique and thoughtful as having a basket with little bags of salt for the guests to take to combat the ice (even though the hotel staff kept the sidewalks and parking lot as clean as they possibly could. This is a true family business, every guest is treated as a family guest, welcomed with warmth, treated to a clean and comfortable room, and any special favors are honored the best they can be. I've stayed at so many hotels - fancy and otherwise - and The Sapphire is hands down the absolute best."
