There was a well organised arrangement with a local taxi firm and they arrived exactly when required in the morning. The bar and catering facilities were spot on and the breakfast was of a high standard"

"Mount View is a good traditional guesthouse. Rooms are small but well presented, spotlessly clean and have everything you need for a comfortable nights sleep. Mine had a spacious en-suite.The hosts are friendly and accomodating. Full english breakfast is to be recommended and represents really good value. The Bar is open to non residents and is very freindly and welcoming."

"Lovely old coastal inn. Room small and cosy overlooking the slipway. Evening dinner was good but moderately pricey for wine. Breakfast was excellent and consumed at a very leisurely pace with lovely views. The hotel is on the coast path so beautiful walks for the more energetic. Parking free immediately behind hotel"

"You can tell there are grand plans for this fabulous hotel. So glad it is being preserved as a hotel. We love staying here and since the takeover it is much improved. Staff deserve a special mention as they all went out of their way to help us have a great stay. We will definitely be back! "
