"Yes, I checked in about 9:30 PM. No one in the office but there was someone nearby who responded to 1 of the 2 numbers posted on the door. In the room there are no table lamps, just a combo fan/light operated by the wall switch by the door. The TV has 2 remotes, one for Channel changing and another, I assume to turn the TV on and off. The TV was on when I entered the room but when I tried to turn the TV off with the first remote so I picked up the other to turn it off but there were no batteries...

"We had such a positive experience. We came to the east coast for a memorial service, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or supportive. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at the beach bar, had an excellent continental breakfast, and finished off our visit with a stop at the soak spa. Highly recommend! "

"Beautiful property. Great staff, very nice rooms and will return. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was the food in the restaurant. For the upscale price and atmosphere the food wasn’t that good. I got a “smash burger” for $23 and it wasn’t fresh. Tasted previously frozen. Also they could find a way to serve better coffee. (Not that good) had to go to the hotel next door for Starbucks. Will stay again but will eat elsewhere. "

"Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and odor free. Breakfast was included in the lobby. Frozen breakfast sandwiches, bagels, muffins, cereal, fresh fruit, coffee and juice. Train is fairly close and is loud going by every couple hours. Very close to the beach and downtown restaurants. Overall a good economical stay and would stay again. "
