The staff was polite, respectful and there was a genuineness about them that was refreshing. The wifi - needs an immediate upgrade and I know everyone can attest to that. Evaporated Milk is not a coffee creamer Invest in getting half and half or liquid flavored creamers, especially at the Cappucino corner. The Riu is known for catering to all guests. Condensed milk would also be a welcome option. Loved the dining options and Krystal's gets an A+ for the food, ambience and the service. Guests need to be held to the standards clearly outlined in the rules for attire. It was an awesome vacation indeed. I plan to stay here again.

Some of the food prices are outrageous. Breakfast cafe a coffe is $12 . That is outrageous that isn’t necessary. The amount we pay for the hotel and al, the amenities that’s just crazy.
