"Reception staff great, breakfast fab and staff get great, on three nights I had meal and drinks in restaurant , food average and over cooked and waiting staff need more customer service skills waited thirty meal to be asked if I required another drink even know my glass was empty and waitress passed me on several, shame as it would have been a great stay"

"We had a good stay at this hotel. We had a good sized room with a standard double and two single beds. We were glad of the extra bed as we have a king bed at home and the double seemed very small, and it was not comfortable either. The room was clean but the furniture is somewhat dated. The public areas are clean and with the Christmas decorations up - it looked lovely. They were unable to make me a decaf latte at breakfast. "

"We had a reunion of 7 couples that worked together in the UK at Killaghy Castle. It is a true castle and is steeped in history. The property is very comfortable with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Three bathrooms are en suite and 2 are “communal.” The dine in kitchen is very large and equipped with a five burner stove, double oven, 2 refrigerator/freezers, 2 microwaves, and more plates/bowls/cutlery than you can ever huge. There is a wonderful sitting room with a great fireplace and a formal dining...
