"Good property, spacious room and comfortable beds. We were in a King Suite which was comfortable but oddly laid out. Main light controls were in 402 but we were told 401 and our key only works for that door, so we had to stumble through to find them. Room overly hot. Keys stopped working when we came in at 130am, had to call night manager twice to get in our room. Breakfast - basic fare, bacon and pancakes were overcooked and hard. Worth the room rate but improvements could be made."

"A lovely hotel, the room was beautiful, very spacious. Spa excellent. The only negative was the bar meal, the service was not the best and errors made during order process. Otherwise a lovely stay, would recommend"
