A southwestrocksaccommodation holiday offers a true escape from the hustle and bustle of modern day living. South West Rocks is a small coastal town on the mid north coast situated near the mouth of the Macleay River - by car approximately 5 hours from Sydney or Brisbane. South West Rocks offers 8 beautiful white sandy beaches, a modern Country Club with bowling greens, tennis courts and 18 hole golf course, some of the best scuba diving in Australia, the Seabreeze Hotel overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Riverside Tavern on the bank of the Macleay River. Within the Arakoon State Recreation area is the historic Trial Bay Gaol and popular Trial Bay Kiosk - a great place for breakfast, lunch or tea. There are many small shops, including great cafes and restaurants in the centre of town, as well as a Coles shopping centre on the edge of town.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths, etc. You also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid, etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

Nil customer service and extremely loud neighbours
Upon arrival at the real estate, the lady handed me a bunch of keys and told me that was it. No direction on where the property was located, how to enter the property once we found it, no recommendations of where to go/what to see, no have a nice stay/let us know if you need anything. It was a less than ordinary experience. The floors had lots of dust/debris and black hairs (we are both fair and certain they were not from us) and while the place reeked of bleach, it didn't appear to be actually clean. The listing on Stayz did not say that towels/sheets etc. were not included in the booking and we were only advised of this once we received an email from the real estate confirming the booking some time later. Not a big deal however we would have booked elsewhere for ease of stay to not provide this ourselves. Whomever was staying upstairs spent the entire time running up and down the stairs, slamming doors, moving furniture at all hours of the morning and night. Not the real estates fault but still made the stay negative. When we return to SWR, we will be choosing to stay elsewhere - not because of the fact there was no linen/towels, however due to the lack of customer service we rec'd when we arrived.
