"Great views"

"Our first room had a very noisy ventilation fan. We moved to a second room which resolved the fan problem. Very nice room although let down by not being very clean. Hair on the toilet and oil splatters over the overhead cupboards in the kitchen. No soap in the shower dispenser and the shampoo dispenser broken. Things were quickly attended to when raised. Very nice hotel overall, just let down by the cleaning. The pool and bbq area was excellent."

"The property is in a great location in Southbank, close to Crown Casino, and Eureka Tower. The property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating and communication before we arrived was excellent. The kids loved the pool, but unfortunately Apt 262 was in need of maintenance. The apartment had an odd smell (maybe a pet owners apartment?) and the carpet was quite dirty. One double bed was broken (the slats kept collapsing in the middle of the night). One of our party slept on an airbed...

"The Oakwood is where we usually stay when in Melbourne. The location is close to work and a short walk to DFO and restaurants. The apartments are always clean, quiet and modern. The beds are super comfortable. We often request a view that looks out to the Yarra river, this is very pretty at night. There is parking across the road which is an additional charge."
