"The place needs some work and cleaning(swept)but overall alright. The bed was comfortable and clean. The kitchen, "commons area" and bathroom were alright but again need swept. The location is awesome. The view and trail into the forest is wonderful. The front stairs are a workout, as well as the driveway/parking hill in back. I saw no towels but didnt ask for any."

"The place was in total disrepair with an aweful stench. The signs were destroyed and pot smell everywhere. No curtain for the shower and paneling falling off the cabinets. Absolutely disgusting."
