"Check-in was a good as I arrived very late. Due to it being late February, there was snow on the ground. While the main aisle had been plowed, the individual spaces were not done well and it made for a bit of treacherous footing when getting out of the car and getting my suitcase from the back. While I didn't have breakfast, i wanted coffee. I was disappointed that there were no flavored creamers and/or syrups for coffee. After all, this is a Hyatt. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were very nice!"

"The Hilton is labyrinthine in the most fun way. It's easy— and fun— to get lost here during a convention. The suites are superb."

"Not sure if you have to request turn down and cleaning of rooms but I stayed for 4 nights and not once did we have fresh towels or our room cleaned. It was a really busy weekend for the iron horse with the events going on so it’s understandable. However paying 1400 for the weekend I’d expect fresh linens and trash taken out daily. I had to call down to request fresh towels on day 3. "
