"Whilst the staff were excellent with their customer service, and the location was great, the room unfortunately was difficult to breathe in. It smelt like cigarette smoke was permanently in the room as well as having a musty smell. Room was clean and decent in size but the odour was not great to deal with"

"We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. We had 4 rooms which were nice. There were lots of Christmas activities going on. Our dinner at the West Baden resort was wonderful. Both hotels are very nice, but I would recommend the French Lick Hotel if you have kids along."

"Courtyard by Marriot - Downtown Louisville was an excellent stay overall! Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was overall very clean. Parking was easily accessible in the garage and there are many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is also conveniently located directly across from the KFC Yum Center. I would definitely stay here again!"
