"The listing did not make it clear this is a second floor unit. My husband is 90 and I am 71. It was a hardship for us. I feel cheated and mislead about this unit. My husband fell and I spent Saturday morning in the ER with him. I almost fell down the stairs myself. I cannot overstate how upset I am about this unit. "The location couldn't have been better, a few minutes walk from the down town historic district. The rooftop view is amazing and you have the gym to work out in that is something you look for. Great place to stay. "

"We were late to check in do to a storm. We contacted the owner and they was more than understanding. They even turned the porch light on for us so when we arrived we would be able to see. This was very thoughtful . The house was clean a good layout. They had rolls of trash bags complimentary waters coffee sugar and creamer for weeks if I needed to stay longer.
